Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address Errors
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Mean Mugs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If you notice an error with your order information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged or Lost Packages
Mean Mugs is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping
We currently ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs processing times.

Mean Mugs is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied once a shipment reaches your country.
